We’re truly honoured that you’re considering us to be part of your mental health journey. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, and we don’t take this first step and the trust behind it lightly. For us, doing therapy is more than just another job. It’s something we care very deeply about.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t need to have everything figured out before having a chat. We offer a warm and a safe space where you can feel heard and supported. We invite you to book a free 20-minute consult below.

Growing up in Toronto in an immigrant family, I understand that mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. For first-generation Canadians, therapy can sometimes require more. It can mean navigating family expectations, cultural values, identity, and the pressure of balancing your roots with the life you want to build. You’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and burned out. You’re finding it harder to manage your emotions, relationships, or day-to-day life. You’re not alone. I work with clients with anxiety, depression, BPD, and ADHD.
As an RN Psychotherapist, I also bring a unique perspective that combines mental health and nursing knowledge while drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We’ll work together on strengthening self-understanding, developing practical skills, and ultimately making a meaningful change in your life.
